Base Salary
$110k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines grounded in enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop and deploy AI models that improve customer service automation and interaction capabilities.
- Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize AI system performance.
- Create AI tools and integrate AI-driven improvements into operational frameworks and business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the integration and functionality of AI systems.
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related work experience, or an advanced degree plus one year of related work experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related acceptable field.
- At least two years developing and deploying machine learning models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- At least two years using AI tools and software development languages such as Python or R.
- At least two years collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, LLM orchestration, RAG workflow design, cloud AI services, data analysis, and model tuning.
- Certified Analytics Professional, machine learning, or Certified Data Scientist certification is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
