Responsibilities
- Mentor and technically lead team members.
- Develop features using third-party APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Share project functionality and technology knowledge with the team.
- Build client confidence through effective client-facing communication.
- Contribute technical solutions to pre-sales proposals.
- Develop POCs and prototypes.
- Apply software design and architecture concepts.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of core Java development experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming concepts, Java 8 functionalities, concurrency, Stream API, Generics, Lambda expressions, and the Collections Framework.
- Knowledge of Java coding standards and GoF Design Patterns.
- Awareness of third-party libraries.
- Strong software design and architecture concepts.
- Proactive leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-sensitivity skills.
