Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure strong application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address them.
- Collaborate with teams across UiPath to design and engineer product and service areas.
- Help establish effective engineering practices and maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements
- At least four years of software engineering experience using one or more high-level programming languages such as C# or Java.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and its ecosystem.
- Experience working with cloud systems, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Very good understanding of multithreading, synchronization, TPL, and asynchronous programming.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and associated time and memory complexity.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, planning feature development, designing system components, and building engineering roadmaps.
