Responsibilities
- Design and build an AI-native migration product for moving data, configurations, and workflows onto UiPath.
- Use coding agents to scaffold migration scripts and generate and validate transformation logic.
- Integrate coding-agent harnesses to support migration customization, automated testing, and validation.
- Use business-analysis agents to analyze customer environments, extract migration requirements, and identify edge cases.
- Convert individual migration insights into reusable patterns, templates, and automation.
- Collaborate with UiPath teams to design and engineer product and service areas.
- Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, and testability requirements.
- Establish engineering practices for AI-assisted and agentic development.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions to address them.
- Plan feature development, design system components, and build the engineering roadmap.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience using one or more high-level programming languages.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to produce well-tested, high-quality code.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents and AI-assisted development, or strong interest in adopting them.
- Comfort working with ambiguous, evolving requirements and converting findings into structured, reusable product features.
