Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the data model for all integrations.
- Build backend logic connecting HighLevel, Back Nine, and Full Swing APIs.
- Implement secure authentication, real-time synchronization, error handling, sync queues, and data integrity safeguards.
- Develop scalable provisioning and data separation for new franchise sub-accounts.
- Synchronize membership, performance, revenue, booking, form, and lead activity data.
- Document the full integration for deployment and future development.
- Prepare the application for HighLevel Marketplace submission if needed.
- Communicate progress with leadership, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience building HighLevel Marketplace apps.
- Deep knowledge of HighLevel API v2, OAuth, scopes, and app publishing.
- Strong backend engineering skills, with Node.js preferred.
- Experience with complex third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant, franchise, or distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of webhooks, sync queues, logging systems, databases, and data mapping.
- Experience with Full Swing API or similar sports/performance tracking systems is a bonus.
- Experience connecting SaaS apps to HighLevel is a bonus.
- Stripe or subscription billing integration experience is a bonus.
- Background in golf or sports technology is a bonus.
