Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate highly scalable distributed systems processing millions of events per second with low latency.
- Build real-time fraud detection pipelines using Apache Flink for stream processing, aggregations, and anomaly detection.
- Develop graph-based intelligence solutions on AWS Neptune to identify hidden relationships and fraud rings.
- Write production-ready code for highly available services with 24/7 operational requirements.
- Own the full lifecycle of solutions, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and operations.
- Collaborate with applied scientists to integrate machine learning models into real-time decisioning systems.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
