Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to deliver strategic solutions and lead technical engagements.
- Determine project scope and specifications, providing updates and feedback to clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and developers.
- Support the team with technical solution recommendations and operational delivery.
- Provide technical innovation and ensure effective handover of solutions to developers.
- Engage in solution design, data governance, and integrations between marketing and data platforms.
- Mentor and transfer knowledge within the developer team.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing technology, including CRM and analytics.
- Proven record in solution engineering and technical architecture.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms and personalization.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Information Systems is beneficial.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Solid communication and relationship skills.
