Responsibilities
- Lead the direction for integrations within the Core Integrations team.
- Champion AI-native engineering practices across the organization.
- Establish team-wide AI workflows and prompt libraries.
- Drive architecture decisions that span multiple teams or services.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their judgment and skills.
- Define service level objectives (SLOs) and drive post-mortems for systemic improvements.
Requirements
- 9+ years of production experience in Java with deep expertise in JVM tuning and framework internals.
- Experience with multiple programming languages and evaluating new ones for appropriate use cases.
- Strong opinions on cloud-native deployment and CI/CD automation.
- Proven ability to own multi-quarter technical roadmaps and identify systemic problems.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
