Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical vision for EDR telemetry and detection.
- Contribute production code in a modern backend language.
- Mentor engineers and enhance their skills and frameworks.
- Translate product goals into technical roadmaps.
- Define ground truth methodology and oversee its execution.
- Design confidence scoring approaches and define thresholds.
Requirements
- Experience with major EDR platforms like CrowdStrike or SentinelOne.
- Deep understanding of detection logic and alert triage workflows.
- Ability to build and evaluate labeled ground truth datasets.
- Fluency in FP/FN tradeoffs and confidence scoring.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring teams.
