Base Salary
$156k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Follow agile methodologies and participate in scrum meetings and software quality audits.
- Create tests for large modules or components and design features.
- Perform business requirement analysis by understanding project design and business requirement documents.
- Develop scalable and robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Python and related tools.
- Research new automated testing tools.
- Use TestRail or equivalent to maintain test suites and analyze test failures.
- Collaborate across teams to drive quality initiatives and lead software quality discussions.
- Mentor other quality engineers and design end-to-end test scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in software testing.
- Experience with data platforms, machine learning, and APIs.
- Experience integrating testing artifacts with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of P&C insurance domain is preferred.
