Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for consulting and software development projects.
- Apply AI methods and tools throughout the software development process, including LLMs, agent-based frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
- Use Java, JavaScript, Spring, Kotlin, Maven, Gradle, and JUnit in software development work.
- Contribute to every phase of the software engineering lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership for a project team.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
- Work with customers across different industries and participate in agile projects.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience or interest in agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.
- Ability to work independently and contribute actively to team success.
- Strong professional software development expertise and willingness to provide technical leadership.
