Base Salary
$175k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions for technical support.
- Deploy, test, and verify Revenue software releases quarterly.
- Provide guidelines for successful Revenue system implementation.
- Train system users on operations and month-end close processes.
- Monitor system operations to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Troubleshoot revenue system issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Manage urgent escalations and complex application/system design issues.
- Drive technical issues from inception to resolution.
- Develop custom fixes for data corrupted by system errors.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Developer.
- Experience with Angular JS, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP, RESTful API, and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Python.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Django Framework.
- Experience in building custom revenue recognition processes.
