Responsibilities

  • Implement frontend and backend features for AI Core control-plane systems, including evaluation dashboards and experimentation workflows.
  • Develop APIs integrating with AI orchestration services and model providers.
  • Build reusable UI components and backend modules for internal developer tooling.
  • Develop trace visualization and observability surfaces for agent-based workflows.
  • Integrate LLM APIs and support structured agent workflows using LangGraph or similar tools.
  • Debug, optimize, and improve full-stack system performance.
  • Write unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support monitoring, logging, reliability, scalability, and production-readiness improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, infrastructure, governance, and U.S.-based AI Core engineering teams.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of software engineering experience with backend and frontend development exposure.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
  • Experience building modern frontend applications with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience building APIs and working with distributed systems.
  • Exposure to LLM APIs and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph.
  • Experience contributing to internal tools, developer platforms, or shared production services.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience with evaluation tooling, experimentation platforms, observability, monitoring, cloud environments, or globally distributed engineering teams is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
