Base Salary
$112k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support Peloton’s Security Program through research and analysis of threat intelligence.
- Stay updated on vulnerabilities, threat actors, and trends to identify actionable threats.
- Provide insights into existing and emerging threats and search for anomalous activity.
- Collaborate with Security Engineering and the Security Operations Center to build detections.
- Provide triage support for incident response and investigations.
- Recommend and build countermeasures based on threat analysis.
- Develop and maintain security incident playbooks and runbooks.
- Prepare and present analysis findings to management and senior leadership.
- Eliminate repetitive SOC workflows through automation.
- Design and develop custom security tools to address gaps in commercial solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security.
- Experience in incident response or threat detection is required.
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Expertise in SIEM tools or data lakes.
- Experience with automation for alert intake and incident handling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools for development.
- A learning mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFE, or AWS Security Specialty are preferred.
