Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Build applications, workflows, RPA automations, documentation frameworks, and reusable components to digitize processes and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and machine learning models, into business solutions.
- Design system integrations involving SharePoint, Dataverse, SAP, APIs, and Smartsheet.
- Structure and transform data for reporting and analytics while collaborating with data teams on quality and accessibility.
- Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, Finance, HR, Procurement, process owners, and subject-matter experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities and recommend solutions with measurable efficiency, quality, and cost benefits.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve scalable solutions for global deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in solution development, automation, or digital transformation roles.
- Advanced expertise in Power Apps, including Canvas and model-driven apps; Power Automate, including cloud flows and RPA; Copilot Studio; Dataverse; and Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboards.
- Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 tools, API integrations, and connectors.
- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar AI capabilities.
- Basic understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts.
- Strong data transformation and analysis skills using Excel, Power Query, and preferably SQL.
- Understanding of process improvement using Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and business-to-technical translation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
