Responsibilities
- Own the entire application stack, including the API, UI, CI/CD, hosting, and infrastructure.
- Maintain, optimize, and scale the existing MVP built with Nest.JS, Mongoose, MongoDB Atlas, Redis, Vue, and Tanstack.
- Modernize the platform using cost-conscious, scalable solutions such as Vercel and Supabase.
- Collaborate with the founders to prioritize development, implement features, and improve product performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure with Terraform.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve product features.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Nest.JS and Mongoose/MongoDB.
- Solid front-end experience with Vue and Tanstack.
- Familiarity with Redis, GitHub Actions, and AWS Beanstalk.
- Experience with Vercel and Supabase is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand the entire product stack and take ownership of components.
- Proven problem-solving skills focused on scalability and performance optimization.
- Comfort working closely with founders in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Experience making thoughtful technology trade-offs in cost-conscious environments.
- Exposure to AI-driven product enhancements, legacy or MVP modernization, and startup or early-stage companies is a plus.
