Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable software components and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team in performing project work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Support integrations and data management within financial software systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with OneStream, Finance, and SmartCPM.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile practices.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management in financial software systems.
