Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions.
- Create and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflows.
- Integrate DocuSign with internal systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, Microsoft 365, and custom applications.
- Use REST and SOAP APIs, SDKs, OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods for integrations.
- Gather requirements with business analysts and stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and internal teams.
Requirements
- The posting states 3 to 9 years of total experience and requires 5+ years of hands-on DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM experience.
- Proficiency with DocuSign APIs, including REST and SOAP, and SDKs such as Java, .NET, and Node.js.
- Experience with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods.
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and digital signature workflows.
- Experience integrating DocuSign with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom applications.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- DocuSign Developer Certification(s) and experience with other eSignature platforms are preferred.
