Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployments for a portfolio of Tier-1 enterprise clients and drive high-ROI outcomes.
- Design and implement scalable FDE frameworks, processes, implementation standards, and operational onboarding guides.
- Partner directly with a founder on high-stakes priorities and connect strategic vision with execution.
- Translate hands-on deployment insights into technical requirements and influence the Carbmee product roadmap.
- Manage multiple complex workstreams, prioritize under pressure, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, banking, or high-growth startup operations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and structured problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and turn ambiguous situations into clear plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with engineers, consultants, and C-suite executives.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Passion for sustainability and technology.
- Based in Munich.
