Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full-stack rollouts, including scoping, onboarding, integration, training, and coordination with IT teams, engineers, and C-level stakeholders.
- Work hands-on with customers to understand operational pain points, translate them into product improvements, and prototype or write production code.
- Diagnose customer issues, identify root causes, and ship working fixes under pressure.
- Convert deployment learnings into reusable product features, data models, and playbooks for scale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Germany, the EU, and the US, including shop-floor operators, IT leaders, and executives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a top-tier role such as consulting, as a founder, or as an early employee at a high-growth startup.
- A technical degree or technical background.
- Ability to write production code and understand systems end-to-end.
- Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Industrial experience in manufacturing, industrial software, procurement, supply chain, or a related domain is preferred.
- Readiness to work onsite in Munich and travel 10–30%.
