Base Salary
$270k - $410k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack solutions, prototypes, workflow automations, and customized enhancements for Netflix Studio business workflows.
- Build and maintain data ingestion and export solutions, third-party integrations, and contributions to enterprise applications.
- Analyze business-user needs and determine appropriate levels of engineering investment for project scope.
- Own projects from user interviews through delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners.
- Identify productivity-tooling opportunities and share project visibility and learnings with partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Comfort working with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience integrating APIs using GraphQL, REST, and/or gRPC.
- Experience with end-to-end project ownership from user interview through project delivery.
- Experience working with non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of database models and SQL.
- Ability to context-switch, iterate quickly, learn rapidly, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
