Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Discover and design ServiceNow solutions with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts.
- Configure, customize, implement, and deploy ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems while preserving data accuracy and using appropriate ServiceNow data structures.
- Assist with ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications, including REST and SOAP integrations.
- Document configurations, customizations, data schemas, and technical decisions.
- Test configurations for functionality, data integrity, and user experience, and resolve defects.
- Support end-user training, change management, incident resolution, and problem resolution.
- Apply security, compliance, and industry best practices to ServiceNow implementations.
- Coordinate with project managers, implementation specialists, developers, architects, and stakeholders on project status, risks, issues, and outcomes.
- Maintain ServiceNow expertise through ongoing platform learning, certifications, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; one additional year of demonstrated experience may substitute for one year of education.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.
- Participation in at least one ServiceNow implementation is required.
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow platform experience, including customization of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog applications.
- At least 3 years of custom ServiceNow application development experience, including Custom UI Pages and CMS content.
- At least 3 years of full SDLC experience using mature industry languages, especially JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, or AngularJS.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, design, deployment, integrations, data models, forms, record producers, security and access, workflows, applications, events, email, homepages, reports, external data, Machine Learning, Orchestration, and custom applications is valuable.
- ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, and Discovery implementation experience is a plus.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow products, including IT Service Management, Event Management, and Project Portfolio Management, is valuable.
- ITIL Foundations certification version 4 or higher is valuable.
- ServiceNow Developer, Certified Systems Administration, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, and Service Portal micro-certifications are preferred.
- ITSM and/or ITBM implementation experience, in-depth ServiceNow platform knowledge, familiarity with ITIL processes, and hands-on experience configuring or building one to three ServiceNow applications are preferred.
