Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI, ML, and GenAI architecture aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify AI adoption opportunities and create strategic implementation plans.
- Design and implement AI and ML models for complex business problems.
- Develop reusable AI and GenAI capabilities and infrastructure, including MCP servers, RAG frameworks, agentic frameworks, A2A and A2M protocols, and model APIs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into products and services.
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps best practices for model development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Monitor AI system performance and optimize scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Conduct experiments, validate models, and improve existing AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI, ML, GenAI development, and architecture.
- Strong working knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, agentic flows, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, MLOps, and LLMOps practices.
- Expertise in Python, R, data engineering concepts, data architecture, model deployment, and scalable AI systems.
- Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing; Databricks Data Engineering and AI/ML experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing GenAI projects in production.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in AI systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building AI or GenAI solutions in insurance or financial institutions is a plus.
- AI or GenAI-related certifications are advantageous.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
