Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operationalize scalable AI-powered business solutions.
- Develop AI agents, multi-agent workflows, conversational assistants, decision-support tools, document processing solutions, and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation, semantic search, vector search, knowledge graph, and enterprise knowledge discovery solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, data platforms, workflows, and digital platforms using APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Support AI deployment, monitoring, optimization, observability, security, privacy, compliance, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Drive responsible AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, guidance, technical advising, experimentation, and proof-of-concepts.
- Contribute to AI standards, best practices, enterprise capabilities, and the organization’s AI strategy.
Requirements
- The posting describes a senior technical subject matter expert role involving AI solution design, development, implementation, and operationalization.
- Experience or capability with Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, automation, AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation is required for the described work.
- Ability to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data platforms, applications, workflows, APIs, and event-driven services.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, lineage, security, compliance, responsible AI, privacy, human oversight, and AI governance practices.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, solution architects, data engineers, and software engineering teams.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, evaluate emerging AI technologies, lead experimentation, and support enterprise AI adoption.
