Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate end-to-end delivery of software features, services, and platforms from discovery through deployment.
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues across squads and functions and contribute to delivery roadmaps and steering board reporting.
- Communicate progress, risks, and priorities while supporting data-driven forecasting for product and engineering leaders.
- Facilitate workshops, collaborative planning, cross-team coordination, go-live preparation, and hypercare support.
- Remove team and organizational impediments and promote effective delivery practices.
- Support quality, security, compliance, audit, governance, and release readiness activities.
- Coordinate platform-wide initiatives with architects, engineers, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, data engineering, cloud engineering, or software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub Actions, source control, branching models, pull requests, release automation, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure services, infrastructure as code, scripting, APIs, and data platform delivery.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate delivery needs into scalable DevOps solutions.
