Base Salary
$84k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement testing strategies covering functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, SIT, UAT, and release validation testing.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for Salesforce configurations, integrations, and custom components.
- Identify, track, manage, and support resolution of defects, including root cause analysis and continuous quality improvements.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems for data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Contribute to test automation, CI/CD integration, quality reporting, and continuous testing practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA or testing roles within Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform components and testing methodologies.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing in Agile environments.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, External Portal, and Project Processing solutions is preferred.
- Experience validating APIs, middleware, and external data interfaces is preferred.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing within CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and defect leakage tracking is preferred.
