Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and execution of the universal search platform expansion.
- Define integration approaches for onboarding new data sources.
- Review designs and pull requests to improve performance and developer productivity.
- Coordinate complex releases across multiple services and stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of a global search capability.
- Mentor engineers and raise the quality bar on system design.
- Participate in on-call support and drive improvements to operational readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java and full-stack skills in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and AWS services.
- Strong understanding of indexing strategies and search relevance.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strength in system design and managing large projects.
- Proven mentorship and technical leadership abilities.
