Responsibilities
- Develop testable, scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Build new features and optimize existing customer experiences for speed and scale.
- Integrate AI tools into development workflows and improve user engagement.
- Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product, design, and back-end engineers on end-to-end features.
- Contribute to technical decisions and architectural direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building complex, high-performing web applications.
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.
- Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- UX/UI design sensibility and experience working closely with design teams are preferred.
- Functional programming experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is preferred.
