Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build GenAI-powered developer tooling and integrations.
- Build and run the GenAI developer platform with tools and services.
- Own guardrails and observability for agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to design fitting solutions.
- Support the company's mission and values in AI usage.
- Report to the Engineering Manager of the DevEx Platforms team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience improving developer experience through workflows and documentation.
- Experience designing and building cloud native applications using Golang.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools like GitHub's Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
