Responsibilities
- Guide customers from signed contract through live implementation, adoption, and scaling.
- Design and deliver post-sales solutions involving analytics, processes, documentation, and infrastructure.
- Advise customer engineering teams on API and SDK best practices to accelerate rollouts.
- Optimize tools and data, including Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, and Amplitude, to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams.
- Create implementation playbooks and onboarding guides to increase usage and shorten time to value.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineers, Support, cross-functional teams, and executives on technical deep dives and platform optimization.
- Travel occasionally, approximately once per month.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
- Fluency with APIs, SDKs, API management, reporting, and AI or automation tooling.
- Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory considerations, and real-world use cases.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience leading implementations in a startup environment and experience on early-stage or founding teams are preferred.
