Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through technical implementations, adoption, and scaling after contract signature.
- Design and deliver post-sales solutions involving analytics, processes, documentation, and infrastructure.
- Guide customer engineering teams on API and SDK integration best practices.
- Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams.
- Create implementation playbooks and onboarding guides.
- Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Lead technical deep dives and platform optimization with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Stay current on crypto and fintech trends and travel approximately once per month.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
- Fluency with APIs, SDKs, API management, reporting, and AI or automation tooling.
- Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory considerations, and real-world use cases.
- Strong customer communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and project-management skills.
- Experience with early-stage or founding teams is strongly preferred.
