Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the sales-to-implementation handoff and communicate scope, requirements, decisions, and commitments across teams.
- Create standardized handoff processes and materials, run retrospectives, and improve the sales-to-implementation experience.
- Build and maintain reusable sandboxes and demo environments with realistic data and customer-tailored workflows.
- Support sales conversations, demo Rillet, and guide prospects through sandbox evaluations and product questions.
- Gather customer requirements and scope workflows, data needs, integrations, and configuration for implementation.
- Own RFP responses, deadlines, supporting data, and coordination with subject-matter experts.
Requirements
- Experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, or implementation.
- Experience with accounting or financial software such as NetSuite or Workday.
- Comfort working with prospects, demonstrating products, and serving as a technical subject-matter expert.
- Ability to gather requirements, scope solutions, and connect business needs to product capabilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate across customer-facing and technical teams.
- Initiative, responsiveness to feedback, and follow-through in closing cross-team gaps.
