Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer needs and map Pantheon solutions to business outcomes.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely and on site.
- Build and maintain demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
- Lead discovery sessions covering customer requirements, technical environments, and development workflows.
- Work in the product and code to validate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate customer fit.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers throughout the sales cycle and secure the technical win.
- Complete RFPs, RFIs, and security and technical questionnaires.
- Explain technical value and return on investment to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer teams, and agency partners.
- Support customer and partner onboarding and contribute to internal enablement and product direction.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, or supporting modern websites and web applications, including customer-facing technical work.
- Experience developing with Drupal, WordPress, and React/Next.js.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to build, debug, and iterate on web experiences.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead technical demonstrations and explain architectural tradeoffs.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Contentful or Sanity, headless or decoupled architectures, and Next.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
- Open-source contributions, especially in WordPress, Drupal, React, or Next.js ecosystems, are preferred.
