Base Salary
$186k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and automate customer onboarding workflows to reduce provisioning time.
- Own and mature the on-call rotation and incident management process in ServiceNow.
- Build and maintain GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD.
- Identify and eliminate infrastructure reliability risks through monitoring and automated remediation.
- Establish operational standards and documentation for self-service deployments.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required for access to federal cloud environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
- Experience with on-call rotations and incident management workflows.
