Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-impact software systems and AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other engineers.
- Collaborate with product management, design, security, quality assurance, architects, and engineering teams to integrate solutions into the product.
- Review and improve software architecture, design, and implementation for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and support timely delivery of production solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, product backlog development, and alignment with product specifications and user requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards and software engineering best practices.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive hands-on experience in C#/.NET development.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing generative and predictive AI solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with frontend and backend application architecture.
- Proficiency with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong software engineering, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to take ownership, lead tasks, question assumptions, and mentor engineers.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
