Base Salary

$114k - $213k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack client and server applications and services across OS, platform, and mission-unique software layers.
  • Integrate, deploy, configure, install, and sustain satellite ground software in operational, development, and test environments.
  • Develop software using Python, C++, Bash, Postgres, Ansible, cloud infrastructure provisioning, PKI, and static code analysis.
  • Troubleshoot software errors and hardware affecting ground-software operations.
  • Support acceptance testing, test automation, launch events, and launch rehearsals.
  • Resolve software defects and deliver enhancements driven by customer change requests and mission needs.

Requirements

  • Level 3 requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, a master’s degree and 3 years, or a PhD; equivalent experience may replace the degree with 4 additional years.
  • Level 4 requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, a master’s degree and 6 years, or a PhD and 3 years; equivalent experience may replace the degree with 4 additional years.
  • Demonstrated software development experience with Python application development, C++, and Bash scripting.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A current or active Top Secret clearance is required at the time of application.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI is strongly preferred.
