Base Salary
$99k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale ServiceNow and AI-powered solutions.
- Develop intelligent workflows using AI Agents, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and automation capabilities.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and reusable platform services.
- Translate solution designs into secure, scalable, production-ready implementations.
- Support cloud-native engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, enterprise platforms, or automation technologies.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integration technologies, REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or intelligent platform solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, AI workflow orchestration, Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, Predictive Intelligence, Workflow Data Fabric, Virtual Agent, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, large language models, RAG, prompt engineering, and conversational AI.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native architectures, automated testing, DevOps practices, healthcare or regulated industries, and large enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or AI-related certifications are preferred.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions is preferred.
