Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI agents using Agentforce and other AI platforms.
- Pioneer intelligent automations in enterprise environments.
- Build test automations to enhance QA efficiencies.
- Collaborate with product designers and end-users to refine AI use cases.
- Execute application development tasks using relevant programming languages.
- Perform unit tests and create quality test scripts.
- Analyze and debug systems for standard issues.
- Mentor and coach junior application engineers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents and workflows.
- Solid experience with Salesforce and external system integrations.
- Experience creating intelligent process automations using tools like Power Automate.
- Proficient in coding languages such as JavaScript, Apex, and Python.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
