Responsibilities
- Build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
- Design and implement AI-powered orchestration and automation for configuration streamlining, onboarding automation, data migration, and related use cases.
- Collaborate with integration, implementation, product, and support teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Develop APIs, scripts, and tools connecting LLM-based agents with enterprise systems using the Model Context Protocol.
- Support testing, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production AI workflows.
- Implement output-quality evaluation, guardrails, and responsible-AI safeguards.
- Track AI platform roadmaps from Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google and promote AI best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in software or cloud engineering and in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and/or Now Assist.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure AI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Cognitive Services.
- Exposure to AI agent orchestration or multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation or vector database integration.
- Experience with multiple LLMs, including OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini, as well as prompt engineering and AI-driven automation.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment practices.
- Understanding of healthcare data formats such as HL7 and FHIR is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
