Responsibilities
- Facilitate process design sessions covering robotics processes, validation rules, and reports.
- Configure UiPath and Power Automate process components, including process flows, control objects, and exception handling.
- Architect process automations and use cases, write and maintain data process flows, and support surface automation.
- Plan, design, test, prototype, implement, control, and tune automation enhancements.
- Support application development involving RPA tools, lead individual RPA workstreams, and assist with data conversion and interfacing.
- Prepare design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration or procedural guides.
- Support sprints, testing cycles, deployments, and hypercare while presenting architectures, decisions, and results to stakeholders.
- Mentor team members on AI/ML practices, GenAI technologies, and engineering standards through design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–6 years of industry experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- At least four end-to-end solution implementations using UiPath or Power Automate Desktop.
- UiPath or Power Automate Desktop certification.
- Strong UiPath and Power Automate expertise, with Python and programming experience in .NET or C#.
- Experience with ABBYY FlexCapture or another OCR tool.
- Preferred qualifications include financial services experience, performance management solutions knowledge, client-facing experience, cloud deployment, Docker, orchestration basics, and enterprise or consulting experience.
