Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify and execute improvements to the code base for faster and safer AI agent performance.
- Collaborate with engineers in a low-process environment that emphasizes trust and autonomy.
- Leverage AI to create documentation and specifications that guide team decisions.
- Orchestrate AI agents to build new features from UX to database with minimal oversight.
- Architect scalable solutions for efficiently launching new travel portals.
- Work with PMs and business partners to define and refine the product roadmap.
- Provide and receive high-level feedback to foster team growth.
Requirements
- Proven ability to direct AI agents and automate workflows in complex software systems.
- Expertise in designing technical guardrails and feedback loops for AI productivity.
- Strong product thinking focused on customer experience and software quality.
- Experience or willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala.
- Natural drive to explore unknown code bases while delivering results quickly.
