Responsibilities
- Own the standards for developing, testing, and releasing code across the web platform.
- Build and evolve Afresh's Corporate Hub for store-level ordering performance visibility.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Contribute to the vision of the next generation Ordering product and its systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in React.
- Strong mastery of the modern React ecosystem, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives through the development lifecycle.
- Desire to understand complex systems and technical dependencies beyond the frontend.
- Team player who actively participates in agile ceremonies and mentors junior engineers.
- Experience with modern AI-powered tools to enhance development workflows.
