Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Drive AI solution delivery from proof of concept through pilot and production while ensuring scalability, governance, and adoption.
- Translate complex business and technology requirements into AI, automation, and agentic solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee agent monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Develop and review Python scripts, APIs, integrations, and data workflows supporting AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, best practices, and mentorship to project teams and junior engineers.
- Create and maintain architecture documents, technical designs, operational runbooks, and deployment documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in AI, automation, software engineering, analytics, or enterprise application development.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development, deployment, administration, and support.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI, conversational AI, copilot, or agent-based solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, automation frameworks, and solution orchestration.
- Working knowledge of data engineering, data integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
- English proficiency at the advanced C1 level is required.
