Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide architectural solutions for new deals, major change requests, and target-state technology environments.
- Provide RFP solutioning, design assurance, technical recommendations, architecture documentation, and implementation risk mitigation.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions and ensure architecture principles and standards are applied.
- Evaluate integration options, tools, automation opportunities, cost structures, customer differentiation, and technology ecosystem fit.
- Enable delivery teams with optimal frameworks, transition support, technical mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Support pre-sales by presenting solution designs, negotiating requirements, and acting as a trusted client advisor.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view for growth areas.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and career progression.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create enterprise architecture and scalable, reliable, and manageable solution designs.
- Strong technical leadership across solution design, development, implementation, integration, risk management, and delivery support.
- Ability to analyze client requirements, technology environments, business objectives, and tradeoffs to define target-state solutions.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations, present to clients and executives, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, RFP responses, client negotiations, proofs of concept, and technical thought leadership.
- Ability to mentor technical staff and manage team resourcing, performance, engagement, and talent development.
- Relevant training and certifications are expected as required for the role.
