Responsibilities
- Own product areas end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, and iteration.
- Build and maintain core application infrastructure using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node, and PostgreSQL.
- Design the AI layer for agent functionality, including multi-model orchestration and RAG pipelines.
- Develop eval and testing harnesses to ensure reliable agent behavior as models evolve.
- Collaborate with the founding team to translate product ideas into working systems.
Requirements
- Strong senior full-stack experience with depth in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems and agentic workflows.
- Proven track record of owning a product area solo or near-solo.
- Strong systems thinking and adaptable problem-solving skills.
- Clear and direct communication skills with the ability to explain thought processes.
