Responsibilities
- Discover customer business and operational needs and scope solutions that meet measurable objectives.
- Design and build agents for complex, high-stakes healthcare conversations.
- Map data flows between customer systems and conversations, define required implementation work, and partner with engineering to ship solutions.
- Own implementations end to end, including stakeholder engagement, workflow configuration, timeline management, documentation, blocker mitigation, adoption, and call-schedule configuration.
- Partner with forward deployed engineers to specify AI features for customer deployments.
- Create repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices from implementation learnings.
- Develop analytics and dashboards to track deployment performance.
- Use deployment insights to improve internal products and processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in deployment, implementation, strategic operations, consulting, solution architecture, or technical program management.
- Direct experience serving healthcare customers or working within a healthcare organization.
- Working knowledge of provider-side, payor-side, or life sciences workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics.
- Ability to interrogate unfamiliar data schemas, direct analyses, and identify incorrect outputs.
- Hands-on comfort with JSON files, terminals, command-line coding assistants, and git workflows.
- Experience project-managing complex customer engagements across operational, clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- BA/BS in a technical field such as engineering, science, analytics, economics, or a similar discipline.
- SQL experience is preferred.
- Epic experience, including Clarity, Caboodle, or Cogito work, Epic certification, HL7 or FHIR fluency, clinical experience, forward-deployed or implementation experience, exposure to AI or data-platform deployments, and experience with healthcare programs or production LLM-based or agentic products are preferred.
