Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain AI agents from prototype through production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to explore new agent architectures and evaluation frameworks.
- Develop reusable infrastructure that improves agent capabilities on the platform.
- Engage with R&D partners to understand workflows and validate developments.
- Translate field insights into product direction and prioritize future builds.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
- Experience building LLM-powered tools or applications.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Ability to work across engineering, science, and product teams.
