Responsibilities

Contribute to shaping the direction of team roadmaps and technology development.
Help build European engineering teams and company culture as the company grows.
Devise creative solutions for technical and business challenges.
Rapidly iterate on products while ensuring quality and security.
Work with complex data pipelines using various data processing tools.
Develop knowledge of UK healthcare data sources, security, and privacy requirements.

1-4 years of relevant professional experience as a software engineer.
Experience in agile development environments using object-oriented programming languages like Python, C#, and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and data warehouse solutions like Snowflake.
Strong communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt to new programming languages.
Fluency in English.
