Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead consequential cross-team technical initiatives across the acquisition funnel.
- Set technical direction for architecture, platform boundaries, reliability, and data quality.
- Partner with GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Onboarding, and Adoption to improve customer and operator experiences.
- Conduct design reviews, contribute to hands-on implementation, and promote operational excellence and safe delivery.
- Mentor senior engineers and improve team planning, execution, and technical leadership.
- Translate ambiguous business opportunities into scalable technical solutions with product, design, data, operations, and go-to-market partners.
- Apply an AI-forward approach to customer experiences, internal tooling, and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership across multiple teams or a large product area.
- Ability to drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution without a narrowly defined charter.
- Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale backend or full-stack production systems.
- Strong product and business judgment connecting technical investments to customer, growth, and operational outcomes.
- Ability to influence engineering, product, and business stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills, including explaining complex technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
