Responsibilities
- Build and ship production features across the platform from early definition through release.
- Talk directly with users to identify needs, define product outcomes, and iterate based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain reliable systems, diagnose production issues, and implement fixes.
- Use AI coding tools as part of the daily engineering workflow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- A record of shipping software to real users and explaining what broke and how it was fixed.
- Product engineering experience with ownership of user conversations, problem definition, and end-to-end delivery.
- Substantial daily use of AI coding tools.
- Experience as a founder, CTO, or founding engineer; early engineering experience at a high-growth or AI-focused startup; a record of building demanding production systems; or strong technical foundations from a leading technical university.
